All orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Because each wig is sourced and styled specifically for you, shipping times include both vendor and styling steps. Current carrier tariffs and seasonal demand may also affect delivery times.

Processing & Styling

After payment, your wig is ordered from our trusted vendor.

When it arrives, we professionally style and quality-check it (this typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on vendor supply and your custom requests).

Shipping

After styling, your order ships primarily via FedEx. UPS or DHL may be used when they provide the best route.

Typical U.S. transit time is 3–7 business days, though carrier delays may occasionally extend this window.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your package has been shipped.
